sir

i have made a re charge of rs.100/- through my icici bank net banking window to vodafone no;9976903809. the bank has debited it to my account and informed that the transaction is successful. but vodafone have not given any credit of re charge so far.

when i made a complaint, i have to wait for 7 days. my transaction is made on 8-3-19.

After the recharge of rs.100, on 8–19, i have made two other recharge through vodafone portal(directly) for rs.50 and 100 and these are accounted and received credit to my no.

on 18-3-19, vodafone informed that your amount is credited on 14-3-19 and closed my complaint. but it is another re-charge of rs.100 by me.

so my recharge on 8 -3-19 is still pending and icici net banking transaction is failed.

Please take appropriate action and feed back to me
