To whomsoever concerned,
I had applied for vodafone recharge of Rs. 129/- through ICICI Bank. As the transaction did not take place successfully, I had once again applied for 35 rs. charge. The second time it was successful. I wrote numerous mails to Vodafone customer care to check as to why Rs. 129/- recharge was not successful. I had written so many mails by now. The only answer came from their end was to send screenshot of the transaction which took place. I had send the screenshot 4 times by now and so far I have got any resolution. My ICICI Bank A/c clearly shows a debit of Rs. 129/- . Vodafone is simply duping customers. I called to customer care also. There is no proper response and feedback. I request the concerned authorities to look into this and ensure that my recharge of Rs. 129/- happens or else credit the amount to my ICICI A/c. I am attaching the screenshot for your quick reference. Hope I will get justice and my problem will be resolved.
