On 10th May 2019 I made online recharge of Rs.399/-. This was intended for cell no.9833550100. But inadvertently, I forgot to change cell number in the box. So the recharge came to be credited to my another cell number 9833867465 on which my earlier recharge is already valid till 6th July 2019. When on noticing my mistake when I contacted the Customer care through call and mail to transfer this amount to proper number I was told that it was not possible. Upto this I agree.
But my recharge dated 10th May is overwritten on previously valid recharge and instead of extending this recharge further after expiry of validity on 6th July, the recharge is counted from 10th May, which has put me to financial loss which is grave injustice to me.
So I request you to please look into the matter.
