Good Morning,

I am Jomon Joy as a Sales Manager in reputed firm. I am facing network issue in our locality(Narakkal) last two months. So many times i contacted customer care but no solution.

Last time they told me the complaint will continue next six months also.I am using prepaid & one postpaid vodafone connection last 10 years. This type of situation i am facing first time in your side.

Very pathetic service.. .. I hope an immediate action against the compaint otherwise you lost so many customers in that locality. I love Vodafone so please give a positive response.
