Text of Complaint by Santosh Kr Jha:

– Frequent calls from Vodafone related to change current plan to family plan
– Plan got changed but the family member numbers neither got added nor converted prepaid to post numbers.
– Provider started calling me since last 02 months to pay the amount which is equivalent the amount for 5 numbers whereas only one number was active on this plan,
– Made multiple visits to their qiosk but that is useless as they are not listening to the problem rather forcing to pay the amount.
– This is really become a mental harrasment for me to tackle their calls as same thing been repeated more than 100 times but they are not listening.
– As far as quality of calls and data is concern is very poor and hardly their data works anywhere.
– Half of the tenure my number is placed on IVR more which forced me to disconnect and dial from other numb to call.
