Text of Complaint by Arunesh Todkari:

Wrong information provided to convert Prepaid to Postpaid for Family plan by VI Marketing team, Received Call from Kothrud VI customer care on 9th Dec 2020, they informed me there will be 199rs Plan , 80GB data, Amazon & Sony OTT Platform Subscription for 1year (All these benefits for both no & these are 45 days) Then i converted my prepaid to Postpaid but after two days when i got to know everything which was informed to me was not correct. Plan for 1st member is 399+Tax & for 2nd number its 199+tax, also there will be no 80GB for per connection, only 50Gb for 1st connection & 30Gb for 2nd connection also its not for 45 days its for 30days. I logged complaint om 12th Dec 2020 (C004-1005142244575) after this i got call they informed me that there was wrong info provided by Marketing team & i have to go outside to take another card for migrating into Prepaid which may take some 24-48hrs. but they told me to wait as i will get some solution from marketing team, but then there was no response from them, i called them again on 17th Dec 2020 & they filed again complaint seems they closed older one without my confirmation (C004-101558736171). Now they are asking me to check for bill which i was not used at all.
I dont want to pay any single rupees as there was wrong information provided by them & also they dont wanted to solve it early. Its almost 2 weeks still they are not caring about there customers.
Now i want my existing SIM to replaced as Prepaid & I am not going to Pay any Bills, Also they should provide me compensate for this, as i have to continuously follow-up with them like they dont need customers.

Now my primary sim showing no services & when i called customer care they informed me that there was doubt in document ( they took my adhar card snap & activated while they provided me New SIM) now they informed me to go VI Store to provided document to activate the SIM. Why should i bare all this if wrong information was provided by them.
