Dear Sir/Madam,
Recently, I have started getting messages from Vodafone to recharge my prepaid number or validity will expire and incoming/outgoing will be stopped. Earlier there was no such clause. Wanted to know what has been changed due to which service providers are doing so inspite of maintaining balance in the sim. People use prepaid sim as per their need and that’s why they recharge basis their requirement. How can anyone force a consumer to opt for monthly recharge.
