I am Vodafone prepaid service user and missing my SIM, when I was take a new SIM with same number with prepaid service at Vodafone store (darya gunj), they denied to give prepaid and say if you want to take same mob. No. Will take postpaid connection, other wise take new mobile number.
It is just a monopoly and take advantage of costumer probum. It will be so costly to me, I am already a postpaid connection.
So please give me any solution, if any
