i have placed an order of noise shots combo on instagram ads but received fake product when approached to customer care number it’s switched off

I ordered 2 soft silk Sarees costing Rs 2049 with shipping charges. But I have received some bogus and cheap material. Please help. I saw other complaints too.. Do something about it.. These fraudsters should not be spared. Thank you.
