Dear Sir/Maam
I have a Vodafone prepaid no which has a negative balance of -1685.99/- , I asked them the reason they are saying that this mobile no has been used abroad , this mobile no has never travelled out of maharashtra , they have stopped the outgoing and incoming of the mobile no. I have been doing the recharges which never been active and went waste. Please I need help regarding this issue. The mobile no is 9545920165.
