I put in a request for prepaid to postpaid connecting in the third week of Nov 2018 and I did this both via my Vodafone app and on the website and clearly picked a proper time for the respective person to come at that time window. Today is 21st December 2018 and not a single person has turned up for so called “biometrics”. I get a call from Ecom customer shit team every Saturday only to give false promises about the date and time of biometrics happening. Let me call out very clearly that none of that happened till date. I have all the SMS from Vodafone on this specific thing and nothing has happened till date. I have been a customer of vodaphone since 2008 and it’s pathetic and utter nonsense to realize that a simple request of prepaid to postpaid takes almost a freaking month. Super unfortunate ! And super pathetic !
