For one month I have been trying to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, finally on Nov 1st I have received my prepaid sim and they said it’ll be activated in 4 days. Even after one week it was not active, so I registered compliant with Vodafone care on Nov 8th, Today Nov 9th postpaid sim got deactivated, I tried prepaid but don’t find network in it. When I try calling from another number it says number temporarily out of service.
When I called Vodafone care from another number no get different answers from each representative, finally they say it’ll be activated in 72 hours till then I won’t have my number active
