Hi, I am using Vodafone postpaid connection since last 6-8 months, but now due to unnecessary billing charges will not able to use the postpaid connection, so am requested it to convert it into prepaid, but no interest showing by the customer care executives at the Vodafone telecom office, I am requested plz to take immediate actions.
