Text of Complaint by Garima Singh:

Hi,

I submitted a request for Post Paid to Prepaid at Vodafone Store on 16 March 2019.

During the the request process I was asked to pay an excess amount(outstanding amount) RS 330 by the service center guys.

Also while giving me a new simcard for pre-paid connection they asked me to pay 496 for prepaid validity.
Also it will allow me free incoming/outgoing calls data for next 84 days.

I have been told that it will take 48-72 hours for activating my prepaid plan.

On 20th March 2019 , my postpaid sim became invalid so I inserted new sim which i got activated/verified by customer care.

After 2 to 3 hour all my services calls/data/sms got disabled. I called customer care for this issue, now they are saying me
it is disabled because i havnt recharged my number even though i have paid 496. They are saying I’ll have visit teh store again.

Now because of this Iam getting lots of other issues like OTP from banks etc.
