I have applied to move from postpaid to prepaid. I was told the old number will be suspended and you should use the new sim they provided and activate that. Now my old sim has been deactivated 2 days back but still new number is not enabled. I tried enabling (tele verification) almost dozen times and everytime getting different response from representatives. How difficult is to understand the problem i am facing today as everyone use the phone number on daily basis and they should just think what if it was them. These days all your banking transactions, e wallets, office activities are dependent on our phone number and since my number is off i am stuck with all these which is impacting me personally as well as professionally.
I have made 20 calls to all different numbers available for so called “customer support” also dropped mails to email id provided on internet which some how are not valid email addresses.
