I WANT TI TRANSFER MY VODAFONE NUMBER FROM POSTPAID TO PREPAID AND THEY ARE FORCEFULLY ASKING ME TO GET RECHARGE OF 495 unless my number will not be transferred to prepaid. I complaint on vodafone helpline but they also give me no response
