I have a Vodafone red family plan for 5 members. All of my bills are paid on time or before time. Still my services are stopped and I have received following messages.
[Hello the Services on your Vodafone no. will be interrupted as your usage amount of Rs. 3585 (approx) has crossed Credit Limit. Pay on My Vodafone App: www.vodafone.in/m2k. Kindly ignore if already paid.]
[Hello! Your services are restricted due to non-payment of bills. For bill details SMS BILL to 199 (toll free). Please ignore if already paid]
On my Vodafone app, the outstanding amount is 0.
I have complaint many times but they started services for 2 days and again it’s the same.
