Hi i had port my vodafone to vodafone (corporate transfer where all future bills will be paid by company). I had paid the pending bill of approx rs 1000 that time only…
I paid the bill the way I have been doing it all these years and since it was a vodafone to vodafone port.. I thought there will be no issues… Since then I have been receiving calls that my bill is Pending and I have explained each one of them that i have paid..
One of them also said that they will get the 1000 from other department and close it.. Today I received a call from 8308326354 pradeep Joglekar…
I explained him the same and send him the proof of the payment that I made.. He also asked for my bank statement and when asked why he told that I was refunded that 1000 rs already and he needs to check the statement.
I sent him the bank statement but there was no such refund.. He called me and started insulting me “laayki nahi to postpaid q use karte ho… This is absolutely unacceptable.. I will be filing a police complaint about it soon… I have had vodafone for so many years..
I have paid thousands of rupees in bill payments and this is the treatment I was given today… Please look into this urgently… Screenshot of payment proof attached..
