With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that I am disputing a bill for the amount of Rs 10640.89 on my Vodafone postpaid mobile bill pH no 9985355575.
I am a Vodafone customer since last 14 years with 2 postpaid connections. I never opted for internet data plan or requested for internet access. Its completely your system glitch to provide access to internet even though I didn’t request for. Your system is designed inappropriately with out any security measures. It should not provide access without information or permission if customer did not opt for. I was never informed through any means of communication phone letter or email while or before getting billed in correctly for a very huge amount. I use Jio connection for phone and Act wired connection for Lap top (work from home). I did not use internet on my mobile it’s a fraudulent charge on my account. Even then I have been billed internet usage charges because of your service error.
During this pandemic there was a death in my family because of which I am going through a lot personally mentally and financially . Plz review my phone bills for last long 14 years wherein I was never billed for such huge amount .
I am requesting that the error be corrected. And any finance and other charges related to the disputed amount to be waived as well, and that I receive an accurate statement.
I want to bring to your kind notice the unsatisfactory working of your service provider vodafone. We have
lodged a number of complaints but to no avail since last 2 months. I need an immediate assistance within 24 hours. Plz waive off the internet usage charges and send a genuine bill.
Looking for an immediate assistance and support from a very renowned company. Else we will contact Consumer court and Ombudsman for resolution.
