Dear sir, I am fed up with Vodafone postpaid service, like excess bill, irresponsible behaviours of customer care executive answer , disrespectful language during sharing problem with customer care. So I want to file a written complain in consumer court , for the charges of mentally harassment , and charges extra billing money from customer.
