I am Madhusudan Prasad Singh

My Vodafone postpaid no. 9868620864, when I take postpaid connection 199, after some years company change my plan, when I want change company, company give me discount for continuous use , company 2month charge 1409/-but use only calling, I use in sample phone nokia 110, how possible extra charges, how I pay more amount, company not waiver my amount. I  many time calling about for know and pay amount. But company not confirm  me extra amount charge. Please help me.
