Hi,
I am Srinivas vodafone post paid network user from last 8 years. Here i want to share my bad experience with vodafone store Kakinada.
I am using Vodafone post paid network and i have given request at kakinada vodafine store for post paid connection to prepaid connection change 2 months back. After submission of all documents the concern store person said that, pls pay total billed amount once bill generated. As she said i have paid the bill on bill generated date Rs. 165 against 147. They process my request after payment and its not happened due to pending bill. No body contacted and no person informed me regarding the same. After 2 months today i have visited the store for status. When i entered to store and asked the status to Mr. Pratap, He said erragantly your request rejected, then i asked him why….again he said erragantly your bill is pending thats why its rejected. I have explained every thing as i mentioned above for payment. Even after my explanation he didn’t guide me for resolution and said rediculasly it will not process tell them any body….

I need complete explanation for above issue and i should know why it will not process. Otherwise i will approach legally through consumer court. I don’t know why it will not process….i am asking only vodafone post paid to pre paid in same network, not with other network.
I want to resolution and do the needful.
If no body respond on my issue i can go any where…..
