Dear Madam, Sir,
I am a vodafone postpaid connection, currently located in UK for last 4+ years.
I had to retain my post paid connection for my banking OTP transactions.
Due to the lockdown scenario, and stress being in lockdown in UK with uncertainities and personal challenges staying with my family and 5 year old daughter, I literally forgot to pay my piostpaid bills for vodafone India, as I dont use it except for incoming messages.
I regret this and repeatedly reached out to corp care and appallate kol vodafone.
i paid my dues to update my account. However for activating my account, they kept offering me solution to visit a vodafone India store, knowing well that I am in UK and that too based on current lockdown situation.
In spite of reminding them of the inconvinience caused as bankign transactions, EMI’s were getting stalled they kept offering me the same thing.
I have no other option other than changing my banking registered mobile phones, which in itself will be challenging based on the fact that I am abroad.
