Dears,
On 8th feb 2020 i have given port request from postpaid to prepaid. The executive at your vodafone store raja ji puram lucknow asked me to pay extra advance for the duration of port so i did but number didnt got ported and i left India came to dubai and you guys send me another bill. Now my question is why the number was not ported on given time and why i need to pay more if its your fault.
