Dear Sir/ Madam,
I want to inform you that my number 9999884463 was 13 years old and I was taking services from Vodafone from the last 13-14 years. As a valuable customer I have made all the payments on time in the above years. Suddenly from last one and half year I was facing many problems from Vodafone like network issues, slow internet speed, call drop etc before lockdown of covid 19. I have informed and complained to Vodafone customer care many times but no one has come and resolved my issue.
I called at least 50 times and sent e-mails 5-10 times. but every time i got an auto response but the solution was not received from Vodafone. Lastly I have sent a strong email that if I do not get the solution I will not make the payment and port services to another network. That email also ignored by Vodafone. Then I have taken the decision and ported my network from Vodafone to Jio services.
Now I got sms and email for making payments without giving the services. And based on non-due demand of Rs. 330/- today my outgoing calls and sms services have been barred from Jio/Vodafone.
Now I am asking for my refund of one and half year payments which I have made to Vodafone with a compensation of Rs. 10,00,000/- towards providing poor network, slow internet and call drop services.
I need immediately activate all my services on 9999884463.
