Hi,
I am writing this mail to get a response from Vodafone about the issue that I am facing with their network. I have been using this network from a very long time. Despite of being a very genuine customer of their network, I am not getting the quality of service that as a customer I deserve to get. The issue that I face is extremely poor network connection. I pay for 3G data service but what I get is even poor than 2G service. Despite of the fact that I pay for 3G service , I am getting an average speed of 20-25 kbps only from last 2-3 months. Even google.com takes so much time to open. The data connection keeps on toggling between 2G and 3G every now and then. Even with data connection showing 3G symbol, the maximum speed that I get is around 50 kbps( this again happens very rare). I used to get 400-500 kbps earlier. I have complained 2-3 times about this on their online portal, even called 199 but there was no option to have a word with their Customer care executive.
Recently, I recharged my number with Rs 169 that gives 1GB of data per day but I can only use 20 MB because of extremely slow speed. The issue is not limited to their data services only, the voice services are also not upto the mark. Most of the times it says ‘Network not available’.
