Text of Complaint by vamsi ganta:

I recently changed my vodafone plan to 999 REDX by saying that it’s a priority 4g and for a better internet. Since yesterday i was not getting it properly, but when I tried to talk to customer care, they are frequently disconnecting the calls knowingly.

 

Please help me on this. I sent two emails but no replay to them as well.
