Hi Team,
This is Amit Kumar Dubey from Noida location U.P. i am using Vodafone connection since 2008 number is 9953***606 i have paid advanced rental for whole life as per plan however last month they changed my plan without my consent & informing me.
When i complaint about it they said that now they can’t do anything moreover you have to pay bills & plan would not be changed to previous one. I got a call from Vodafone today & as per my discussion with him he will convey my message to relevant team for my issue however within 15 mins i got a mail from Vodafone that they can’t do anything about my complaint.
I’ll request you please look into this matter. I am not in a position to change my number as i am using these number from past more than 10 years. Please request you help me with this to avoid any mental stress for this situation.
