Respected Sir,
I am using Vodafone postpaid number(7674-886-888) since last 2 years with the basic plan Rs: 199.
In Jan 2019 my plan has changed automatically when I checking the Vodafone app. I noticed the plan change message and immediately informed the customer care that I dont intend to change plan and requested him to retain my basic plan i.e. 199; In the call he agreed to my request and said the change will be done ASAP but it did not happen.
In the month of Feb 2019 I have received bill close to 1000/-. Ideally it should be around 500/- .
So I have called Vodafone customer care and understand that my plan has not changed as the old plan doesn’t exists any more and due to which I have received huge bill.
I have explained to customer care executives that its not my mistake and I already requested for change of plan which is not done may be for a reason which I am not aware.
So I have requested to reduce the bill as I am not even aware and havent even utilized any services but customer care executives are helpless.
Do I need to pay for what I am not aware and havent even utilized their services ?
Kindly let me know how to proceed further.
