Hi,
I had made the payment of ₹953.56 for the number 7666142227 and 7666342229 to Vodafone on 10.03.2019 through DBS bank application on a mobile phone. I have made several complaints to Vodafone care and appellate alongwith the attachment. I also got the confirmation email from bank about the amount credited to beneficiary account Vodafone. But till date did not get any resolution on the account.
Apart from this Vodafone has also charged ₹570 for premium SMS which was never done by me. When complained they said their systems are showing the SMS made but when checked the mobile there was no SMS sent. Vodafone is ditching the consumers by one way or other.
Please look into the matter asap and resolve.
