Vodafone has suddenly started showing message that outgoing validity is till 23 Nov only… After that all outgoing calls will be barred.. I have rs. 190 in my account which will be rendered useless after 23rd..this is truly unfair as this is done without notice and no refund is applicable… A very cheap trick from vodafone.. Please address this.
