Text of Complaint by Naresh:

I am using vodafone prepaid no. Since last 6 yrs  and I have enough recharge in my phone. I am not able to do outgoing calls since last 2 days.

I ask customer care and they told you have to do monthly recharge for activating your outgoing which is not right.

Please intervent in to it
