My Vodafone SIM had Rs85 balance left when vodafone discontiued my outgoing facilty. I called the customer care executive and they breifed me about a new policy of the company that requires me to pay for outgoing facility every 28 days, notwithstanding the balance in my account. This is a complete reversal of the lifetime validity that was provided to me at the time of commencement of service. Now every month I have to shell out money just to continue services. This is simply absurd.
