- I am using vodafone prepaid no. Since last 1.5years (8947977936 and 9413519483) and I have enough recharge in my phone. I am not able to do outgoing calls since last 7 days.
I ask customer care and they told me that you have to do monthly recharge for activating your outgoing which is not right as i have already enough balance then why i should i recharge.Please intervent in to it
