My father has been using vodafone prepaid no. Since last 8 yrs (9772384101 ) and we have enough recharge in my phone. He is unable to do outgoing calls since last 4 days.
I asked customer care and they told me to have monthly recharge for activating your outgoing which is not right.
Please intervene in to it
