Hi,
I am shruthi, resident of Bangalore. I am holding a Vodafone prepaid number. I got message that my outgoing services are stopped even though I am having balance . They are telling to recharge with some service packs to get the validity. These packs need to be recharged every month apart from our regular talk time. They are doing complete injustice to public. kindly help to resolve this issue.
