My sim outgoing services are suspended today…I was getting messages from vodafone since past few days that my vodafone outgoing services will be suspended on 20 nov 2018.. to extend validity of services i was asked to recharge with unlimited packs or plans of 35/65/95
Even though my sim validity was till 2022 they reduced the validity…
This is wrong on company’s part to trouble the consumers in this manner.
This matter should be viewed seriously.

Have your problem got solve? … I am facing issue as well.
i got the same message and i have recharged for 35 for the month.
after a month they are asking for 199. this is ransom.
So there is only one solution port to other telecom service… We don’t need Vodafone but Vodafone need us.. They should understand the importance of customers…
