I have been using Vodafone for 4 years, I have balance in my account balance. Few hours before I’m getting message saying your outgoing services was expired and try to recharge with plans of unlimited or Rs35 and get an extension of 28 days. Though my SIM validity when I checked a week ago, it is upto 2022, but now it is showing expired. How could the company have the rights to deduct the validity of SIM and how could it threaten the consumer to recharge with additional plans, when there is enough account balance in the SIM card.   1. I too got d same msg… D best thing is to Port out of vodafone…. They are just scamming us common people..
    When I called d customer service representative dey said dat d msg is sent to every vodafone user… Seems like a scam….

  2. Seems both Airtel and Vodafone have started minimum recharge per month and terminated the long validity of all the customers. Where is TRAI? What is it doing for customers?
