I have a Vodafone mobile phone connection the validity of outgoing calls, they say, is expired whereas the balance in this account is Rs 63.
How can they disable outgoing call or other services when there is money in the account.

Hello Consumer forum,
Same case for me. My Vodafone outgoing service is also disabled even though there is sufficient balance in my account.
Pls take this case forward and ensure Vodafone reverts on this.
