My outgoing services has been stopped for prepaid sim by Vodafone without any reason. I am using Vodafone from last three years and there has been no such issue observed. I don’t understand why this sudden block of outgoing services even though I had balance in my account and always a active account. While buying sim I was not told of such scenarios in fact I have been told that my validity is for lifetime, I didn’t expect this coming from such a huge telecom company.
I expect an apology for all the trouble I am having due to this sudden stoppage of outgoing services for my prepaid Vodafone sim, such a shame.
