On 23rd November 2018, I’d done my online postpaid bill payment (Rs.619) through my AXIS bank net banking for my mobile no: 9962512358
And I have got the message also from Vodafone that payment is confirmed and my bank account is also deducted by the Rs.770. [ INB/620748487/VODAFONE(BILLDESK)/Mobile]
But At 3.34 pm I got SMS from Vodafone that payment with transaction is:7682871639 failed. And I’m getting SMS that my bill is on due.
So please kindly solve this matter ASAP. Kindly see the attachments also for the verification..!!
