Sir,
I have my own number 9909944202 since 2012 or 2013.But service stop by Vodafone due to another number(8980803366) payment pending. Never any payment skip of this number.
And 8980803366 I had done portability in 2016 into idea. And I continue this number in idea approx 9 month.
Company never done portability without pending amount clearance.
Now after two years they stop the service. Also customer care executives not ready to take complain against this and hold my called approx 10 minutes.
Very bad response by customers care.
And not solve my problem.
