IN NUTSHELL MY NUMBER 9313742410 IS SHOWING ACTIVE as per Vodafone store and the customer care centre , BUT THE SIGNAL IN MY PHONE IS NOT COMING , HAVE SHOWN THE SAME TO Vodafone store
When ever I am making a call from my Number 9313742410 , SIM NO : 89911190185305448699 it is getting reflected
“ NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK “
I am using Vodafone number for the past 3- 4 years .

SOME BACKEND ISSUE IS THERE THAT’S WHY THE NUMBER – 9313742410 AT YOUR END IS SHOWING ACTIVE BUT AT MY END IS SHOWING NO SIGNAL ( PLEASE PLEASE LOOK AT IT )
I lost My phone on 15th June 2018 at OLD DELHI RAILWAY STATION while boarding the Train
I was travelling to Jodhpur
On 16th June 2018 went to VODAFONE STORE at Jodhpur to take a new Replace Sim of my Number : 9313742410 . Got the SIM
At 3.30 PM on 16th June 2018 when I called up the customer care asking the sim is still not active , as per them the sim was active but I was not etting singal on my phone
So they asked me to get the sim replaced
At 4.30 PM again I went to VODAFONE STORE at Jodhpur got the Replacement of the Sim for mobile number 94313742410 , this sim also did not worked .
Today on 19th I went to VODAFONE STORE at NOIDA Sector 50 , Got the SIM Replaced again but still the signal is not coming , but as as per Vodafone store and the customer care centre the Number is showing active .
But in my phone and many other phones which we tried the signal is not coming . The same was shown to the VODAFONE STORE girl Vandana , she has raised a complaint also related to it
IF MY NUMBER NEED TO BE REFRESHED PLEASE REFRESH IT
PLEASE LOOK AT IT ON URGENT BASIS AND REVERT HOW TO GET THE NYMBER ACTIVE OR TO GET THE SIGNALS IN THE PHONE SO THAT I CAN START USING IT
