Hello,
I am a vodafone customer (Ram bhagat jain ) and using prepaid sim for vodafone number 9811008067. My number got switched off from 11th Dec’18. I went to Vodafone store on 14th branch M2k Rohini. There i came to know that my number has been converted from prepaid to postpaid but i told them i have never applied to do it.
Now I have checked my credit card has been used for fraud transactions 5 lacs 50 thousand on HDFC and 1lac 72 thousand on citi bank.
I need investigation on vodafone who converted my number without my consent and used OTP for fraud card transactions.
Also, investigation on who has done fraud on my my cards.
