Visited vodafone Barrackpore store more than a month ago and completed all the formalities, cleared outatanding bills for post paid to prepaid conversion of mobile no. 9830872792.
Collected new SIM as well, but they are not activating the new SIM after multiple followup from our end. They have again sent new postpaid bill for this month.
