Hi,

I have applied to convert my 6 years old Vodafone postpaid number 9654262429 to prepaid. My experience with this transition is really bad. First I received multiple calls from their customer representative n number of times asking me annoying questions why I want to convert and so. Now my number is not working since last two days even after Tele verification has been done. I have tried to reach out the customer care multiple times since last two days even after on hold for half an hour no customer representative either answered my calls or said system is down call again later. This is really annoying. I am using this number for more than 6 years now and this number is registered every where, due to which I am facing a lot of problem and the response from Vodafone is really very poor.

I urge you to take strict actions against Vodafone and help me resolve this issue at the earliest.
