This is Vikrant Kahane, from shikrapur Pune. I got network issue on 4th January 2019. No network on phone not even another phone.
I had contact to customer care from another Vodafone number but no proper response Vodafone customer care.
I had contact to Vodafone mini store also. I did lot of calls to Vodafone customer care no proper response every time new person on call.
I have contact Vodafone mini store again they gave me new SIM card for same number because they said old one sim got damaged but still no Network at new sim not even old one. Then they said pending at Vodafone customer care end for procedure. Vodafone team said contact to Vodafone mini store. No one take responsibility of my issue.
Still No response yet my number have no Network. I have lot disopoinment with Vodafone service. No one contacted to me yet for my issue I had lot of loose because of this Vodafone Network problem.
We had talk with “Amrapali Pawar” one of senior person of Vodafone end. Still she did not respond yet.
Customer care said go to Vodafone mini store and Store person said pending at Vodafone end.
Who will solve my problem??
