I did a Vodafone prepaid recharge of 399rs(349rs +50 through coupon) from Vodafone mobile app on 24th of march but they did not gave me the recharge. When complained they asked me to contact my bank for refund. I contacted my bank and after doing investigation my bank informed that the amount is reflecting in Vodafones account as the amount was credited successful to them. I again contacted Vodafone again by phone and email support but they are just making a fool of me. They asked me for payment related information. Including transaction reference number, bank statement etc. I have provided them Everything but they didn’t help at all. I request consumer forum to help me against this payment fraud done by Vodafone. They are giving alot of inconvenience and Vodafone support is useless.
