I have ask to switch to prepaid from postpaid on 7th April 2019. They gave TAT of 15th April. Again inquiring on 17 they gave TAT of 18th April. But yet not solved so request again on 20th April and was given due date 21 april 06:00 pm.
As it was not activated contact again at 11:30 PM and agin given tat of 24th April. Yet it not activated. Executives are giving time period of 24 hours but yet sim is not activated and they already charged for prepaid sim balance.
(Complaint Number are : – 417754422, 418800482, 419112254) Every time you inquire they fi;e complain with new number but providing solution.
