Text of Complaint by Samridhh Sharma:

  1. I have kept on trying to shift from Vodafone postpaid which is expensive for me to prepaid. The store employees kept on delaying and postponing my request by saying servers are down. I’ve been trapped for months. After the lockdown, there is no way of contacting them.
